In talks with investors for SRL: Fortis Healthcare
New Delhi: Fortis Healthcare said it is in talks with a number of investors to facilitate an exit by the existing PE investors from the company's diagnostic arm SRL.
"The company is in the process of facilitating a third-party exit for the existing private equity investors in SRL Ltd," Fortis Healthcare said in a filing to BSE.
The process is on and the company is in dialogue with a number of investors who have evinced interest, it added. "As on date, there is no firm proposal under consideration of the management," Fortis Healthcare said.
It, however, did not elaborate.
