Granules India Independent Director C Parthasarathy resigns
C Parthasarathy was serving the company since May 27, 2009. However, he submitted his resignation from the Board of Governors of Granules India Ltd. on 24th December 2019. His resignation was received by the company on December 26.
Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based drugmaker, Granules India recently informed the bourses that C Parthasarathy has resigned as an independent director of the company, effective December 26 2019.
Parthasarathy was serving the company since May 27, 2009. However, he submitted his resignation from the Board of Governors of Granules India Ltd. on 24th December 2019. His resignation was received by the company on December 26.

In his resignation letter, Parthasarathy said, “Further to the discussions that the undersigned had with your chairman and managing director C Krishna Prasad, I hereby tender my resignation from the board of governors of Granules India Ltd. I would be grateful if necessary formalities pertaining to my resignation are completed at the earliest and the details are intimated to me.”
"I would like to thank the Chairman and Managing Director and Members of the Board for their warmth, support, and the mutual cooperation during my tenure on the Board," the letter added.
