Trivitron Healthcare gets Ravish Mittal as new Group CFO

'In his new role, Ravish Mittal will be at the helm of the company's finances, organisational growth and expansion plans,' Trivitron Healthcare Chairman and MD GSK Velu said.

New Delhi: Medical devices firm Trivitron Healthcare on Monday said it has appointed Ravish Mittal as Group chief financial officer effective December 9, 2019.

Mittal brings with him more than 25 years of varied experience across a strategic direction, business partnering and controlling, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, treasury and forex management, fund-raising, project and compliance management, Trivitron Healthcare said in a statement.

'In his new role, Mittal will be at the helm of the company's finances, organisational growth and expansion plans,' Trivitron Healthcare Chairman and MD GSK Velu said.

JSW Energy transfers the subsidary to JSW Hydro Energy * JSW Energy on Monday said its subsidiary JSW Energy (Kutehr) has been transferred to JSW Hydro Energy Limited.

Earlier, the company's board had approved the transfer of its 100 per cent subsidiary JSW Energy (Kutehr) Limited, to JSW Hydro Energy Limited, JSW Steel said in a BSE filing.

'We now wish to inform you that the transfer has been completed and JSW Energy (Kutehr) Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Hydro Energy Limited,' it said.
