Jubilant Life Sciences appoints Alok Vaish as CFO, Key Managerial Personnel

New Delhi: Jubilant Life Sciences has recently announced its board has approved the appointment of Alok Vaish as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective from April 1 2020.

As per a recent filing, Sankaraiah Rajagopal, Executive Director-Finance and Key Managerial Personnel will be superannuating from the services of the Company on March 31 2020 and shall continue to be an advisor to the Group.

"The Board has, at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Alok Vaish as Chief Financial Officer and Key Management Personnel of the Company effective from April 1, 2020. Vaish has joined the Company effective today as Chief Financial Officer Designate," Jubilant Life said in a BSE filing.

Vaish, 50 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with an MBA degree from the University of Virginia, USA, with over 24 years of experience in the areas of fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, investor relations, legal and corporate secretarial functions and administration.

Prior to joining the Company, Vaish was working with Yatra Online Private Limited for more than 11 years as Group Chief Financial Officer and also worked with HSIL Limited, Ambit Corporate Finance Pte, Deutsche Bank, New York and Bajaj Auto Limited in various leadership roles.
