GSK Consumer Appoints Sawan Malik as its New EVP-Sales

New Delhi : FMCG firm GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd announced appointment of Sawan Malik as its new Executive Vice President, Sales.

"Sawan succeeds Siddharth Singh who has moved to Singapore in a new regional role as VP Commercial Excellence for Asia, Middle East & Africa region (AMA) reporting into Zubair Ahmed, Regional Head, AMA," GSK Consumer Healthcare said in a statement.

Malik will report to Manoj Kumar Managing Director for India Sub-Continent.

Malik, an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, joins the company from the Lodha Group, where he was heading the Luxury Business unit and International Sales.

Prior to that he was the Head of Retail Management APAC Region for Microsoft based in Beijing. He has worked for Nokia and Proctor&Gamble.
