    Fortis Healthcare appoints Sanjay Sinha as Chief of Human Resources Officer

    Sanjay Sinha will lead the Human Resource (HR) function at a group level based out of the Corporate Office of Fortis in Gurugram, Haryana.


    New Delhi: India's chain of hospitals, Fortis Healthcare Limited (Fortis) recently announced the appointment of a seasoned professional, Sanjay Sinha as its new Chief of Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective June 17, 2019.


    He will lead the Human Resource (HR) function at a group level based out of the Corporate Office of Fortis in Gurugram, Haryana.


    Sinha is a seasoned HR professional with an illustrious career spanning over 29 years. He has a successful and well-recognized HR leadership profile spreading across industries like Telecom, IT, Services and infrastructure. While he has a strong HR generalist profile where role calls for solid strategic support to businesses, he has done some world-class work in Learning & Development, Organizational Development and Organizational change, Merger & Acquisition, Integration, and Talent Management including large scale restructuring and change management in a complex, multi-cultural, multi-location and highly matrix environment. He has been an SME in various HR domains at various stages of his career.


    Prior to joining Fortis, Sinha was associated with the Hinduja group companies HGS and HTL, Nortel Networks, Polaris, Siemens and NTPC. He has extensive global experience with reputed MNCs in the Asia Pacific & Greater China, US, Canada, Latin America, Middle East, and Europe. He has held Global roles and is a well-respected senior leader in the industry who has been conferred with many coveted industry awards.

    He holds a post-graduate degree in Management (MBA) from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He is also a certified Executive Coach and holds certification on psychometric instruments related to Personality profiling by Thomas International and Association of Psychological Types (APT) on DISC and MBTI. He has many research reports to his credit.
