DocsApp registers seven lakh downloads, establishes its position in healthcare sector

New Delhi : Virtual healthcare platform DocsApp successfully revolutionised the healthcare sector with its unique offerings, and is now the most frequently downloaded healthcare-based application on Google Play Store.

DocsApp has consistently held its spot as the number one doctor consultation app for the past 150 days, starting from November 3 , bolstering its stance as India's leader in the medical apps category on the Google Play Store. The app has successfully clocked 700 k downloads, since inception, and has been able to connect doctors with patients, on-the-go.

The motive at DocsApp is to connect the users to a doctor in less than 30 minutes, and the company has been successfully able to connect a patient to a specialist doctor in not more than four seconds. 80 percent of the time consultation starts in less than 18 minutes and all its services are available 24x7 in multiple languages.

"Consistency is the key and we have maintained just that throughout. At DocsApp, each member is given full autonomy to make decisions, sometimes these decisions make us shine brighter than ever and sometimes they teach us a lesson or two. Our aim is to maintain consistency and to retain the numero uno position by delivering the best experience to our consumers," said Satish Kannan, CEO and Co-founder, DocsApp.

Currently, DocsApp serves over 1,000 patients a day and aims to reach out to more than 10,000 patients daily, by the end of 2017. The DocsApp team is determined to make world-class healthcare affordable to the masses and to provide impeccable consultation and disease diagnosis along with the assistance of doctors.
