Credihealth introduces 24 hour ambulance service

Credihealth introduces 24 hour ambulance service

Credihealth, India's leading medical assistance company launched a 24-hour online ambulance booking service in Gurugram. The service aims to bring emergency medical care to people's doorstep, ensuring immediate attention to serious medical cases.

Leading Gurugram hospitals such as Medanta, The Medicity Hospital, Artemis Hospital, Fortis Memorial Research Institute Gurugram, Paras Hospital, W Pratiksha Hospital and Columbia Asia Hospital have partnered with Credihealth to be a part of this endeavour. The move underlines Credihealth's commitment to transform the country's healthcare sector through end-to-end patient assistance.

An independent research indicates that nearly 350-400 night-time hospital admissions are made across Delhi/NCR, and most of them are serious cases like heart attacks and trauma. Such critical situations require urgent medical attention before reaching the hospital, something most ambulances are currently not equipped to provide.

Credihealth aims to eliminate these limitations by offering Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances equipped with state-of-the-art medical apparatus in partnership with hospitals.

Each ambulance carries essential equipment and medical supplies including glucometers, albuterol, defibrillators, aspirin, EpiPens, pulse oximetry, intranasal naloxone administration, splints, bandages, oxygen tanks and masks, and spinal immobilisation.

"This new feature is aimed to fulfil our goal of facilitating the access to convenient online healthcare service for the common man. Ensuring state-of-the-art first-response medical emergency assistance in partnership with leading hospitals is a landmark development which gives our vision of raising the standard of healthcare delivery in India a big boost," said Ravi Virmani, Founder and Managing Director, Credihealth.

Credihealth users in Gurugram can gain round-the-clock access to an ambulance with just three steps. All they need to do is to visit Credihealth.com or Android App, share their location, find the nearest available ambulance, and book it.

The service can also be availed through a direct phone number by calling on 8010-994-994. A fleet of 54 ambulances will be available across Gurugram under this service. Ambulances are stationed at major areas in Gurugram including DLF CyberCity area; NH8 ; Sector 14; Palam Vihar; Sector 38; Huda City Centre; Sushant Lok Area; and Sector 51, Wazirabad. Credihealth assures a turnaround time of 30 minutes at night and one hour during the day in addition to prior service, and transparent pricing.
