Sun Pharma MRs organise two day strike
Mumbai: Drug maker Sun Pharma's medical representatives organized a two day strike on 25-26 Feb to push for take back of transfer orders served on 54 company employees.
The transferred employees belong to the marketing divisions Pharma Care and Stancare of Sun Pharma.
The' Federation of Medical and Sales Representatives Association' that represented the affected staff demanded immediate release of illegally deducted wages of the sales promotion employees.
According to ET, FMRAI representatives had made clear their stand on moving the High Court against Sun Pharma to revert all transfer orders issued till now.
The High Court a few weeks ago had dismissed the FMRAI petition on the ground that it did not fall under its jurisdiction.
