Nephroplus Announces Acquires of DaVita Care India

Banglore: NephroPlus, India’s largest dialysis care network and a trailblazer in redefining dialysis care in India announced the acquisition of DaVita Care India, part of DaVita Inc., a Fortune 500 company, and a leading provider of kidney care in India today.


Under the terms of the agreement, which closed today, NephroPlus will acquire DaVita Care India’s network of 22 centres which serve more than 1,700 dialysis patients nationwide. With this acquisition, Nephroplus will further strengthen its servicing capacity as the dominant dialysis centre network and will have a presence in 18 states of India with 176 centres across 97 cities.
