The board Of Kovai Medical Center and Hospital have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share.
Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2017 at A. P. Kalyana Mandapam, Coimbatore at 11:00 am.
2. Considered and recommended a dividend of 25% on the equity capital of the company subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
