Apollo Hospitals raises Rs 200 cr via NCDs

New Delhi : Healthcare major Apollo Hospitals has raised Rs 200 crore by allotting 2,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to HDFC bank .


The board of directors of the company has approved and alloted 2,000 NCDs to HDFC bank of face value Rs 10 lakh each amounting to Rs 200 crore, it said in a regulatory filing.


The debentures would be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange, Apollo Hospitals added.


Shares of Apollo Hospitals ended the day at Rs 1,258.80 apiece, up 0.70 percent on the BSE.
