344 FDC Drugs Issue: DGHS extends timeline for response
New Delhi: Through a recent notification, Directorate General of Health Services taking in of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of 344 FDCs + 05 FDCs prohibited has extended the timeline for submission of the information by all the petitioners/appellants including AIDAN by 2nd May 2018 till 5:00 p.m.
In its previous notification, all the petitioners/appellants including AIDAN were requested to submit the information in the prescribed format as per Annexure Al Annexure D by 71n April 2018 till 5:00 P.M. for further action in compliance to the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In this regard, various representations were received requesting for extending the timeline for submission of the information. The issue was considered by sub-committee in its meeting held on 20.04.2018 and it has been decided that petitioners/appellants including AIDAN may be permitted to submit the information in the prescribed format by 2nd May 2018 till 5:00 p.m.
In view of above, all the petitioners/appellants including AIDAN to note that date for the submission of information in the prescribed format is extended upto 02.05.2018 till 5:00 p.m.
